Aside from improved spelling abilities, not too much has changed.
The human condition demands we choose sides; Right or Wrong, Hot or Cold, Apple or Andoid. Designer or Producer, Art Director or Copy Writer, Left Brain or Right Brain. But what if "different" lies at the intersection of both options? Often, defying our norms with an opposite vantage point offers a spark of something new and unexpected.
In a world where the dominant brain often dictates the tactics and workforce of an industry, we find ourselves forced to eliminate the wonderful dualities that lay in everything we do. Having a penchant for dualities, I find myself, at times, in a duel of the minds; a duel-ity, so to speak. After a decade of dabbling in both analytical and creative industries, I have found that it is the tension this converse interaction creates that leads to adaptation and innovation.
