Scope: To ideate, design and execute Google's Presence at both the 2017 Republican and Democratic National Conventions. Entailed 7 activations, 2 in Cleveland and 5 in Philadelphia. 

Deliverables: Design and build of full service cafe, fully equipped YouTube livestream studios, green room, branding and print collateral, uniforms, interactive touch points using Google products. All staffing and logistics, budget management for both Agency and Client spend.
